COVID-19 update

Updated April 9 2020

At House of Teeth we are committed to providing care in the safest of environments for our patients and staff.
In response to COVID-19, health care authorities have advised all dental offices to stop all non-urgent dental services immediately.

If you are an existing patient or new patient experiencing a dental emergency (unmanageable pain, uncontrolled bleeding, swelling)  please contact us via email.

Updated Patient Procedure

For all existing and new patients during our “Emergency COVID-19 Closure” the following is the new procedure for all emergency appointments.

Step 1:

Upon receiving your dental emergency email one of our clinic dentists will call you for a phone consultation.  The fee for this procedure is $58.70 and replaces the emergency in-clinic fee.

New patients – prior to the phone consultation we will call you to collect patient and credit card information.

Phone consultations must be booked prior to a clinic appointment being scheduled – no exceptions.

Step 2:

Once the phone consultation is complete an appointment may be booked.

Step 3:

If a clinic appointment is scheduled full payment is required at the time of treatment.  We may be able to help you with submitting to your insurance, but cannot guarantee successful submissions at this time.

If no clinic appointment is scheduled your credit card will be billed the phone consultation fee.

Step 4:

All patients will be required to sign a COVID-19 waiver form.

When we are able to resume regular care, we will be in touch.

Until then, be safe.

Love, House of Teeth

New Patients

Health care authorities have advised all dental offices to stop all non-urgent dental services immediately. We are unable to book non-urgent appointments at this time.

Your First Appointment?

Your first appointment will last between 45 to 60 minutes. During this initial assessment, your medical history will be reviewed, a full mapping of your teeth and surrounding tissues will be created, x-rays and photos will be taken as required, and your dental concerns will be discussed. Your dentist will evaluate your x-rays and create a treatment plan with you. No treatment or cleaning will be performed during this session.

Payments and Insurance

Please read our payments and insurance policies.

Confirmation and Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be confirmed at least 2 business days in advance. We will attempt to confirm your booking by email or phone, but your session may be canceled if we do not hear from you and is subject to a cancellation fee.

Once your appointment is set, a chair is booked and your dentist and technicians are scheduled. If you are unable to keep your appointment, you must inform us at least 2 business days in advance to avoid a charge.

Book It!

Call us directly at 604-559-4638 (HOFT), or use this form to send a booking request.
